Membership FAQ's
How many people can share a membership?
Memberships are meant for a single household or family or to be shared between two adults that may or may not live together but are partners or extended family members.
If I renew my membership before its expiration date, will I lose time off my membership?
No, your renewal begins on your expiration date and your new expiration date will be a full year later. For example, a membership with the expiration date 7/15/2024 that is renewed on 6/10/2024 will have a new expiration date of 7/15/2025.
Do I need to provide an email address when purchasing or renewing a PBF membership?
No, while you are not required to provide an email address, we highly recommend it! If you choose not to provide an email address, you may miss out on important notifications about events and benefits that your membership provides. We promise not to over-email!
